Home Page of the workshop is now open.
It includes dates and venue, current program, 
spectrum simulator, and so on.

Both PPT projector and OHP are available.

3)Accommodation
LOC will arrange hotel reservation in Kyoto 
for those coming from foreign countries.
Please return your stay plan (see below).

4)Weather info
Average temperature in January in Kyoto is
4.6 C (40.3 F) with an average minimum of 1.1 C (34.0 F)
and maximum of 8.9 C (48.0 F). 

5)Proceedings
We are planing to make a proceedings of the 
workshop.
