In this case, you will take a JR train to go from the airport to the Sapporo main station (~40 minutes & 1040 JPY for one-way). You can see the info on the transfer at the airport and the train timetable at the following webpages: http://www.new-chitose-airport.jp/en/access/jr/ http://www.new-chitose-airport.jp/en/access/jr/timejr/ From the Sapporo main station, the most convenient way to go to the hotel is simply using a taxi (~10 minutes, ~1000 JPY). Or you may use a subway (please see the hotel webpage for details). We assume that all of the participants who need the visa have successfully got the visa or still under communicating with the Japanese embassy, without serious troubles. If you have troubles in the visa-related issues, please contact to the LOC immediately now. If you have any problems during your trip, please do not hesitate to call LOC's cell phone (+81-90-2882-3708 if you use non-Japanese phone, or 090-2882-3708 if you use Japanese phone). < Check-in and registration > You are expected to pay your room charge at the hotel reception to get your room key. We believe that you have been already received a confirmation email from LOC, where the room charge in your own case is explicitly given. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, please contact to the LOC as soon as possible. Note that you can check-in at 3:00pm or later, and the check-out time is 10:00am or earlier.
