V446 Her
E. Pavlenko found the object was in itermediate brightness at
15.9mag on July 1, which means that V446 Her was ascending or descending
at that time
(vsnet-campaign 988).
The object further brightened to 15.6mag on July 2
(vsnet-campaign 990),
and then, experienced a new outburst
(vsnet-campaign 998).
