V1363 Cyg
AAVSO News Flash No. 793 reported that the peculiar cataclysmic
variable V1363 Cyg brightened at 15.41mag as reported by Diethelm on
June 4.9974 UT. The object had been in its extended low state for
years long
(vsnet-campaign 962).
A few months later, C. P. Jones reported another outburst of 15.3mag
on October 18
(vsnet-campaign 1193).
