SN 2001hh
The LOTOSS team discovered SN 2001hh on unfiltered images taken
on December 4 and 5. The host galaxy of SN 2001hh = MCG -02-57-22
is a fairly distant object. The expected maximum for typical
unreddened SN Ia in this galaxy is mag about 16.8
(vsnet-campaign-sn 289).
The spectroscopy by the CfA team revealed that it was of type II soon
after maximum
(vsnet-campaign-sn 292).
