V1141 Aql: July and August outbursts

As reported by R. Stubbings, the poorly known SU UMa-type star V1141 Aql experienced an outburst at 15.0mag on July 16. The brightness is roughly equal to the 1999 October superoutburst level (vsnet-campaign 372). The object has faded from the outburst on July 23. As reported by R. Stubbings, it again showed an outburst (15.0mag) on August 28. The observation by M. Reszelski shows the magnitude on September 2 to be 15.4: mag, which indicates the outburst was ongoing at least that time (vsnet-campaign-dn 132).
