V1028 Cyg: November outburst (normal?)
As reported by G. Poyner at 13.9mag on November 3, the SU UMa-type
dwarf nova V1028 Cyg experienced an outburst.
The last outburst was in 1999 September.

Kyoto team reported on November 9 that V1028 Cyg had faded to R=15.5. This
indicates a decline rate of November 6-9 is about 0.4mag/d and the duration
is rather shorter than typical superoutbursts
