Outburst of U Gem

U Gem is apparently and finally starting to optical outburst as indicated by the following observations, especially contributed by Timo Kinnunen. This is ~22 days past ALEXIS's detection of the EUV rise (cf. vsnet-alert 698, 699; http://www.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/ALEXIS/ugem9701.html).
