FN SAGITTARII

The symbiotic star FN Sgr continues to fade dramatically (see News Flash
No. 27) from its most recent outburst as indicated by the following
observations:
                     AAVSO Observer
    UT Mag. Initials

MAY 31.162 <13.0 OB
JUN 6.1632 14.5 BRJ

FN Sgr is presently nearly one magnitude fainter than ever before reported
to the AAVSO. The earliest observations of this star in the AAVSO
International Database date from September 1968.

CI URSAE MAJORIS

The dwarf nova type cataclysmic variable CI UMa is in outburst as indicated
by the following observations:

                     AAVSO Observer
    UT Mag. Initials

JUN 5.2167 <13.5 BTH
JUN 6.1340 14.3 BRJ
JUN 6.2160 13.8 BTH

The most recent outbursts of CI UMa reported to the AAVSO occurred
16 May 1995, 5 August 1995, and 27 September 1995. Coverage in the AAVSO
International Database since September is quite good, but there are a number
of 10-15 day gaps in the observations.

AB DRACONIS

The dwarf nova type (Z Cam subclass) cataclysmic variable AB Dra is in
outburst as indicated by the following observations:
