学内に受入研究者がおり、客員等招へい・共同研究・学会等で京都大学に短期間(1年未満）滞在する研究者に対し、以下の使用条件に同意したものには、短期滞在者用電子ジャーナル・データベース認証システム専用のID(短期ID)を発行することができます。
申請書は図書室にありますので申し出てください。
短期IDの使用条件
(1) 短期IDの交付を受ける場合は、短期IDと引き換えに必ず誓約書を提出すること。
(2) 短期IDは、他人に貸与し、又は譲渡してはならない。
(3) 短期IDのパスワードは変更できない。
(4) 短期ID取得者は、学外から電子ジャーナル、データベースを利用することはできない。
(5) 短期ID取得者は、電子ジャーナル、データベースの利用にあたって、不適切利用の疑いが生じた場合は認証システム監理特別委員会が行う調査に応じること。
(6) 電子ジャーナル・データベースの不適切利用をおこなった場合、短期IDを無効にすることがある。
(7) 滞在期間が短期ID申請時の利用期間を超え、引続き短期IDが必要な場合は、部局図書館・室を通じて図書館機構長に所定の申請書を新たに提出すること。利用期間を超えた短期IDの継続利用は認めない。
(8) 申請書に記載された個人情報は、「独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律」、「京都大学における個人情報の保護に関する規程」、その他関係法令に基づき、短期IDの発行・管理・不適切利用調査・統計作成のためだけに使用し、その他の用途には使用しない。
Conditions of Use
(1) You must confirm the "Written Pledge" in order to receive a short-term account.
(2) You may not assign or lend your short-term account to another party.
(3) The password of the short-term account cannot be changed.
(4) Remote access to e-journals and databases from outside the campus is not available to short-term account holders.
(5) If you are suspected of using e-journals and databases in an inappropriate way, you must agree to, and comply with, an investigation by the E-Journal and Database Certification System Administrative Committee.
(6) If you are deemed to have used e-journals or databases inappropriately, you may be subject to measures such as the suspension of your short-term account.
(7) If your stay at Kyoto University extends beyond the period of the short-term account, and you wish to continue to use it, you are required to submit an application form to the Director General of the Kyoto University Library Network through your faculty library. To use the short-term account beyond the predetermined period of use is prohibited.
(8) Personal information on the application form will be used under Kyoto University’s laws, regulations and relevant acts regarding the protection of personal information. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than managing the E-Journal and Database Certification System.
