title: ALMA Cycle 1 Capability

abstract: Call for Proposals for Early Science Cycle 1 will be issued at the end of May 2012. Sensitivity of ALMA cycle1 is two times higher compared with cycle0. And the highest spatial resolution reaches 0.2" and 0.1" at 345GHz (Band7) and 690GHz (Band9), respectivly. Moreover, various observational modes become available. ACA system enables us to observe the absolute intensity of the diffuse object. Cycle 1 observations provide a significant opportunity for new sciences.  Here, we show capability of cycle1 and demonstrate it especially in the protoplanetary disk research field.
