title: A Monte-Carlo Program for Simulating and Analyzing Scattered Light Images of Disks authors: Jennifer Karr, Hyosun Kim, Michihiro Takami abstract: I will present a software tool for the quick calculation of scattered light disk models and efficient comparison with data. The tool has two main components; a graphical interface to run a grid of fast models for multiple disk geometries, calculating images for multiple viewing angles and polarizations, and a viewing tool, to quickly scroll through the resulting images, comparing the morphology and flux with observational data. The speed of calculation and ease of comparison makes this a useful tool for analysis of coronagraphic scattered light images, and a valuable complement to longer wavelength observations and SED based model fitting.
