abstract: We are proposing a mid-infrared instrument MICHI (Mid-IR
Camera, High-disperser, & IFU Spectrograph) for the TMT (Thirty Meter
Telescope). In this poster, we will show the current MICHI concepts and
the proposed science cases of disks and exoplanets. We strongly welcome
