Title: Gemini Telescopes: Giant Eyes to Study Young Massive Stars Authors: Cassio Leandro Barbosa, Robert Blum, Elysandra Figueredo, Augusto Damineli, Peter Conti Abstract: Massive stars are part of a rare and enigmatic class of objects that should not exist, at least according to the current star formation theories. I show in this talk, how data obtained with Gemini telescopes are helping to explain how a non-existing class of objects are formed and how massive stars are being used to map the Galaxy.s of Subaru/XMM-Newton Deep Field (SXDF)
